A place in Cincy near or at a hotel(s) would be good. The one thing better than a gaming convention is the drunken shenanigans that take place on the night(s) of a convention, from what I've experienced. Unfortunately, despite living/working around Cincinnati, I don't really have any convention centers/halls on the tip of my tongue that I can blurt out. Somewhere on the north/east side of town would probably best, on account of the easier access to local interstates and seemingly easier travel.
